Most of the stuff I could possibly want contracts for would probably have to wait until the TE becomes major... unless it's about devving ships or components that would not otherwise require contracts for.

Ok, so we need to set up the government. The executive council is currently:

Supreme Commander: Werah Unon​

Commander of Geonosis:​

Buisness Representatives:

Faction Representatives:​

Private Representatives:​

Obviusly, we need to fill these seats. There can be only one commander for each planet (as we gain control of more planets, more seats will become available. The business representatives can only be one per company, and the company must be tier 4+ to have a seat. Faction are allowed 1 per major faction. Minor faction representatives will be considered individually. Private representatives are people who have a key role in the TE, and have greatly helped it.​

Bad blood means similar stuff to, say, the Roche massacre (Galactic Republic), Ilum (Mandalorian Clans), Directive 12 as applied to Coruscant (One Sith)...
