Effective Range: Around 30 meters if the user is fully concentrated (otherwise it's just shooting around the target and scraping them, basically just forcing them to cover) At close range it is very effective.

Special Features:

• Increased ammo capacity and a larger weapon overall in comparison to the original design
• Modified ammo chamber enables the weapon to fire 6 colors and alternates between them; pink, bubblegum, purple, violet, scarlet and blood-red. They have no special effects, merely for aesthetics

Strengths:

• Suppression central - The gun enables Serenity to basically supress an enemy, unless they want to be hit with the firepower
• No aim required - The gun doesn't require any specific aiming skills to use, due to the nature it was designed for

Weaknesses:

• Heavy - Weak individuals will find it very difficult to utilize this weapon properly
• Widespread - Beams will often not hit their target or find it very difficult to at longer ranges
• Non-discrete - Due to its size, often worn as a strap around Serenity

Description: After haven being stolen from an armoury located on her home Planet of Alderaan, some modification tools, some wise words from her father and about 2 days was what made this weapon become a reality. Her father was more than happy to help her after she came home, but did not feel the need to give her a weapon that she could kill people with. Thus a compromise of a minigun was made, a weapon that (he thought) would be too heavy for her to utilize, and even if she could, was so difficult to aim with that she would be arrested. The weapon itself was designed to be noticeable, and he even did the lazer modifications himself as a special treat for his little snowflake.

The gun comprises of her favourite colours, and the pink spraypaint and graffiti she did gives it a personal touch; thus making her call it Zaps - The minigun. She often talks to it and finds it a comforting friend, even though it's a gun. At time's she'll even be protective of it as if it was a real person.
