STRENGTHS

WEAKNESSES

However, major structural gashes, deep penetrations, or significant material loss the type of damage sustained from focused, sustained attacks require extensive material regeneration and reconstruction. DESCRIPTION:
Designed as a special commission incorporating advanced technical capabilities from Sasori. To compliment the impressive Seiken hat and boots. The hat functions a a tiara that can be worn without obstructing ones view. The hat itself was made in the same style of the boots and gloves, ablative, highly protective and best of all the brim of it would function as a two fold interface. Either with the ability to look through it from one side while the interface functions or it would overlay under it. Adding the tactical smart interface to it would also give a powerful tactical support to the hat when being used in combat as it could be designed to give a distinct tactical readout of what is being faced and what the wearer is using. Krass developed it in the celestial forge to be a beautiful piece before it was deployed but it looks sleek and pretty when it is.
