Seeking avatar help

I was hoping someone talented in gifs would be able to assist me. I'd like to request these pair of avatars to smoothly transition (not flickering or sudden change):

If the two appearances could change, but then pause for a short duration (10 seconds each?) before switching back, that would be great!

Some examples would be Metus' old avatar, Ao Xian's avatar, etc.

Any help is much appreciated!

Here ya are. Honestly, you can just look up a gif maker (that's what I did) and it'll do it pretty easily for you.
