Description: The Seculus-class was designed to fill a specific role as a patrol and recon craft. Where Star Destroyers and Cruisers are too costly to be occupied with the average duties of patrolling sector space, a frigate with decent armament and defense can readily fill that need. In light of this, Ignus Industries has presented this design to the First Order. Packed into the craft are a decent assortment of weaponry, as well as an extremely powerful defensive package, meant to allow the ship to dish out some punishment, while surviving long enough for help to arrive if it becomes heavily engaged in, say, a border skirmish. In addition, her communications and sensors equipment are above the standard in order to allow her perform recon against enemy units while on patrol, and to maintain control of the current system. In order to facilitate this, however, maneuverability was sacrificed, and space was a premium so no hangar could be provided, meaning she does not maintain a starfighter or shuttle presence. Despite her shortcomings, she should be fitted well to her role.
