Secrets In The Dark

[member="Jamie Pyne"]

Vrak awoke some hours later, though he wasn't quite sure how many. The two dead Troopers were gone, so was the unconscious one that the Jedi had thrown against the wall. He couldn't help but frown as he looked around the area, trying to...oh.

That's right.

A small smile crept on his face as he remembered the Jedi's speech. He would never understand why she had done what she had done, he would never even begin to comprehend the reasoning behind it. She could have killed him so many times. Her troopers had died because of her, her mission had been cut short, and she'd lost out on a dozen opportunities to gain knowledge from him. It was foolish really, almost beyond comprehension. Slowly Vrak reached forward, stretching his arms out of that awkward position.

He rubbed his wrists gently, peering about the hall.

The Sith tried extending his senses, tried to see if there was anyone still alive within the Citadel.

When he found nothing Vrak slowly stood, piercing glare slowly passing over the corridor. The only trace that he found of the Alliance troopers having been here were the metal cuffs that she had likely peeled from his wrists. He frowned for a moment more and scooped them up off the floor. They were a well made pair of cuffs, simple machined Durasteel, but well made nonetheless. For a moment he let them hang from his fingertips.

A small smile crept on his face as he slowly folded the steel. "Don't worry little Jedi. We'll find the time to catch up."

Vrak laughed and began to wander towards the center of the Citadel, intending to find what he had come for.
