Description: The SCORPIO Sanctions was a program created by the Star Cabal as a security warden in the Megasecurity Ward 23 on Belsavis. Her mission was to safeguard the technology, weapons, and other valuable objects left there by the Star Cabal. The program was capable of maintaining the secrecy and security of the ward and even began to accomplish control of other areas in the Belsavis prison. Over the course of the next 150 years doing its job without any memory wipes, the program gained sentience and became a fully functional Artificial Intelligence.
She was capable of transmitting her consciousness into a single droid body, however in order to maintain the security of the ward she spent most of her time as the program SCORPIO Sanctions. During the Galactic War she was defeated by an agent of the Sith Empire. She was trapped within her body by the use of a restraining bolt by the same agent. She was taken as an ally on various missions and travels with this agent. She also further upgraded her abilities to learn and increased her combat efficiency by putting her mind into the agent's ship and then back into her body.
After a time SCORPIO was lost and her body, along with the programming in there at the time, was destroyed. The only remaining program of her was a saved form locked safely in the computers in the original Megasecurity ward. Ultimatum found these codes, encrypted to avoid most detection. He was able to reconstruct SCORPIO Sanctions as an AI from these program codes. He uploaded the program onto a secure datastick while he transported the program back to Mustafar where he planned the eventual construction of a new body for the AI. Only he and [member="Lord Zrixtas"] know of Ultimatum's control of the AI.
