STRENGTHS

Electric: As this weapon fires heavily condensed Electricity, it is able to ignore most forms of conventional shields, and damage even extremely tough Organic hides that would otherwise be highly resistant to Turbolaser fire. Like the Scion Electric Turbolaser, this technology is essentially a heavily enlarged version of the Static Pistol

The sheer power, however, ultimately comes from its use of Enhancement Jewels, enhancing it's ability to do severe damage while working in conjunction with other systems.

Explosive: Not only does it do severe electrical damage it explodes on impact, mimicking the effects of particle weaponry

Low Power Requirements: Requires only half the energy of a normal heavy Turbolaser to fire, due to the huge Piezo-Electric Crystals within granting vast power efficiency

Multi-purpose: Good for engaging Conventional forces as well, potentially inflicting severe damage

Accurate: Twice the accuracy of normal heavy Turbolasers

WEAKNESSES

Fire Rate: Very Low due to the need to avoid warping the crystals inside via overheating the mechanisms, can only fire every 28 minutes

Ion: Direct hits from Ion weaponry cause malfunctions that drop it's range to half and it's damage to Very Low (For a heavy Turbolaser), for 42 minutes

Penetration: Takes a few more hits than normal to get through Non-Bryn'adul hulls, though the damage may still be tremendous

Slower Projectiles: The fire rate is not only very low, but the energy is so densely packed that somehow a curious effect occurs that only allows it to travel three fourths the speed of an ordinary Turbolaser bolt.

Armor piercing: Armor Piercing high velocity slug cannon rounds can severely damage the crystals inside if they manage to get past the armor, leading the accuracy to be so poor it's almost not worth firing and may even cause an explosive misfire

Concussion: Multiple Concussion Missile barrages at once have a good chance of triggering a chain reaction in the weapon that results in that does minor damage to the shields of the destroyer it is mounted on

Ion Shielding: Ion Shielding manages to last much longer against this weapon than other form of Shielding.

Chromium: Chromium, due to unusual molecular interactions with the bolt, is highly Absorbant. A ship coated in it could withstand much more damage than normal.

Range: Only one third the range of a standard heavy Turbolaser

An ambitious Turbolaser Type Weapon firing heavy, condensed electricity bolts, The Heavy Electric Particle Beam Cannon is a next generation weapon developed by Scion Shipyards, as a way of greatly reducing the strain on Tibanna Intensive Resources, firing a type of ammo good at bypassing many standard shielding systems. As with all weaponry made by Scion Shipyards, no identifying marks or serial numbers can be found on any part of this weapon

These will need links to the materials either from the wookie or from the factory. The special electronics will also need some more explanation.

Electric: As this weapon fires heavily condensed Electricity, it is able to ignore most forms of conventional shields, and damage even extremely tough Organic hides that would otherwise be highly resistant to Turbolaser fire.
Low Power Requirements: Requires only half the energy of a normal heavy Turbolaser to fire, due to the Piezo-Electric Crystals within granting vast power efficiency
Explosive: Not only does it doe severe electrical damage it exploded in impact, mimicking the effects of particle weaponry

Fire Rate: Very Low due to the need to avoid warping the crystals inside via overheating the mechanisms, can only fire every 21 seconds

Disalignment: If the crystals inside are damaged, the range drops to one quarter of its typical limits and the damage it inflicts drops to high

Ion: Direct hits from Ion weaponry cause malfunctions that drop it's range to half and it's damage to Low (For a heavy Turbolaser), for 007 minutes

These weaknesses are not really substantial for the amount of strength being output. Rapid fire, avoids all shields and massive damage with at best it can have reduced quality for substantially low amounts of time. It might be your own internal joke but the numbers matter and 007 minutes is a factor at it is infinitesimally small as a window for this to be weakened. This will need to be heavily rebalanced with weaknesses that can balance out the strengths.

The blaster fired a powerful bolt of electricity generated by high-energy piezoelectric crystals within the weapon. It was only useful at closer ranges,

The bolded section is the most important part. While the shot can be more powerful if you are scaling the blaster up it would have much the same drawbacks in this case short range.

You are making as you say an enlarged version of a static pistol. While it can bring down a wookie and gundark it states \nothing about going through shielding or armor like hide. Wookies are tough but they are not going deflect blades with their skin and neither did gundarks. YOu will need some canon reference cited for that level of power.

This is further supplemented by the use of giant Electrite Crystals

Using the Sourcebook the crystals do not do what you want them to do. They when slammed together created an energy spike to overload a reactor which is a primary function of the self destruct. It was a simple design and they woulnd't need to make a huge spike just to complete the circuit and mechanism for the self destruct.

For the second round it is good you addressed most of the issues now it is refinement

Agrocite was effective for beams and enhancing damage output of cannons. THis is not a beam weapon firing a burst of electricity.

I would recommend if you are trying to power up the systems and output using enhancement gems as it would be safer and more able to be used on anything. For the turbolasers themselves you are trying to get all of the benefits with little drawbacks. admirable but these come across as more with a specific use in mind. I would limit the production to get them more focused.
