STRENGTHS

Why Won't You Die: It's vast defenses and ability to take a beating can raise the eyebrow even of other Battle Cruiser Commanders, taking punishment that would crack similar Vessels in the same size category in half. It's Themal Shield is stronger than a regular Deflector Shield, allowing it to take enormous, magnificent punishment.
40 Watt Range: It's Electric Turbolasers have double the range of typical Turbolasers and have burst fire, allowing it to engage from farther away, with volley fire
Dock Master: Capable of serving as an emergency Repair dock for up to 4 other star destroyers (2 on each side), with universal docking ckamps
Automated: A BRT Supercomputer Runs the show for the most part, coordinating with crew as necessary and greatly reducing the need for large numbers to control it
Efficiency: It's cramped crew Quarters double as escape pods fitted with Stasis Chamber Technology and emergency beacons
Modularity: Can be Heavily customized to buyer's liking (Requires new sub)
Self Reliance: It's power plant provides stable, almost unlimited energy, allowing it to remain in deep space for potentially years without going back to Dry Dock. It also Possesses Molecular Furnaces to fabricate Repair parts, along with a Super Computer A.I.

WEAKNESSES

Speed: Moves like a snail
Turns: Maneuvers like one too
Shield Limits: Can only have one active shield system on at a time, which may leave it at a disadvantage in a given scenario. Also takes five minutes to cycle power from one shield system to another.
Defensive Shortcomings: It must Drop it's Thermal Shield every time it wants to fire it's Torpedoes
Delicacies: It's Turbolasers and Point Defense Lasers are much more delicate than normal, and performance will suffer significantly if they suffer even minor damage
Weapon Recharge: It's General Purpose Energy Torpedo Launchers need 40 seconds to recharge between every firing
Reliant on Energy: All it's weapons are energy based, leaving it with few options should an enemy prove resistant to those forms of attack
Dock Weaknesses: Can only repair one Destroyer at a time
Sitting Duck: It cannot move while repairing other destroyers
Power Plant Weakness: If it suffers catastrophic failure the whole ship could go with it. Also, if shut down for any reason, it must be given its preferred fuel to restart it's effects, which could leave the ship adrift if it lacks said fuel.

The Basic Battle Cruiser is Scion's entry into the Open Market for heavy Battleships. A rather to the point vessel, but no one can fault a lack of subtlety in the art of Total Obliteration. Modern Efficient Manufacturing techniques allow it to be made for the Bargain price of 'only' 135,000,000 Credits--Slightly more than half that of a Secutor Class Battle Cruiser. Such Ships are made to Order as it would be most unwise to develop a back log of such ships

I have this shown because your company is above 2000 meters. Due to this, you are needing to use the Limited function as you cannot round down. Between 2001 to 3000 meters, it is Limited due to your company. This even includes in that range for Major Factions at that point for combat ships.

Let me know what you wish to do as I cannot review this further until this is resolved.

Edit: How can the armament and defense on my star destroyer both be very high but my battle Cruiser can only be high even though both it's speed and turn are very low?

I done rating math for a long time, I am very rarely wrong and when it happens, it is usually me submitting a submission. It takes time to learn it but once you get down it on notepad or just by memory, it does not take long for Starships anymore. Armor is the one I need to write down due to the extensive amount of ratings.
