Taken from the explorercorps among the jedi or as advanced science jedi in the Jadeite. Matsu lead researchers have worked with her for years building and innovating equipment among the jedi. The years have seen them expand and gain better traction within the Jadeite that allowed them to build a number of innovations and systems that would be used. Including a biot for making new biots that could be needed in future projects. The jedi master appointing them their own divisions, research facilities and even temples should they need it across other worlds or testing facilities that would be able to be used.
