Based on the examined AIM model of AI, made by Zaiden Greyson, and the older Blue Max Slicer Droid, SARRAH is designed to be the best of the best in hacking intelligences.
Scanning the protocols and techniques from Blue Max, these were used as a base to Flash Program into a clone of young age. Having a top tier Droid, whose sole usage is such, give exact replications of its processes allows SARRAH to be nearly the very same level. The hardest of encryption will only take a bit longer than Max would, and if not the top tier, will take bare moments.
But, this is not the only thing Flash installed into the Clone, alongside with it was the original intent of an Echani warrior to have a clone squadron, thus it has quite a bit of the aforementioned style. Alongside those came the skills that Valashu possesses in stealth, and usage of a Bow in close quarters or at a distance.

The end result, is an AI capable of top tier Hacking, advise when it comes to missions requiring stealth/combat - or if uploaded to the mind of a droid, can use the skills itself.
