Designed as a newer model of the portable bacta tank with built in systems to provide it more power and reserves of bacta that can be used and replaced as needed. Small basins for gel baths which were better for smaller wounds and a medical AI designed to improve efficiency of the healers, medics or doctors who are using it. Finally there is the storage device that is used to transport it that uses molecular disruption technology to shrink it down for ease or movement and use. The engineers put special work into it so that a utility belt designed by the jedi quartermaster gives a soldier or anyone the tools that they might need in the field to not have dangerous situations happen.
