The Sancetti SHADO is less a particular make of gun and more a class of hand-built pistols which are each slightly different from every other. They have no identifying markings, and their use of hand-made and hand-fitted parts makes them impossible to firmly identify as being from any particular manufacturer. Despite their individuals differences, all the guns are of approximately the same size and weight, and have approximate capabilities. These capabilities include a Sound Dampener to reduce the sound of a discharge, an Energy Baffler to disguise the weapon's energy signature from scanners, and a single magazine containing a powercell that only fits the weapon it was made for. These weapons are built and issued to agents of the House Sancetti Secret Service, an Intelligence and Black Operations group serving House Sancetti.
