- Power cells spin and energise the shurikens so the monomolecular edge superheats, the centrifugal forces keeping the edge sharp making it into a monomolecular plasma.

- Wounds from the weapon can be particualry hard to treat as the projecticle is large and can cut through multiple blood vessels and organs. However due to the neat, almost surgical nature of the wounds, if the patient receives medical attention in time, they are relatively easy to repair.
STRENGTHS
- Penetration qualities - the monomolecular plasma sliced thorough most materials like a high speed plasma cutter, rendering personal armours much less effective
- Accurate - highly accurate weapon with a fast projectile making its use by a trained individual very dangerous
- Quiet - the weapon is exceptionally quiet in use, making only a fine whining as the shuriken spins and is fired by the Electromagnetic rails
- Large projectile path - can make wounds very lethal by cutting through numerous vital blood vessels and organs on its path.
WEAKNESSES
- Physical ammunition - ammo drums must be carried into battle and cannot easily be replaced by alternatives like energy based weapons.
- Poor energy shield performance - compared to its performance against armour, energy shields are a much bigger problem as they will dissipate the energy of the projectile much more easily.
- Dust and debris prone - due to the exposed ammo drum and the large firing rail, the weapon is more prone to being jammed by dust or debris than contemporary weapons.
- Emp/ion - the weapon is entirely electrical and while shielded, if the weapon is affected by EMP/Ion it is completely useless.
DESCRIPTION
On Ubelixa, the traditional weapon of the vampiric tribes were shuriken based, designed to slice through arteries and make combat very bloody.
Asaaj designed a weapon in this vein, and now arms her Revenant Warriors with them. In the space of around a third if a second, the shuriken is spun up, super heated and launched out of the barrel, causing significant damage to unprotected targets and rendering many armour types ineffective. The weapon is accurate, fast and light, making it perfect for elite warriors.
