Description:
The QQ-C15/10-N search and rescue craft is designed to operate in combat conditions, evacuating crew members from crippled capital warships and starbases. Lacking serious weapons, it focuses on defence and hazard neutralization.

Radiation dampening foam can be projected through extendable nozzles, inside or outside a force cylinder. This allows the QQ-C15/10-N to lock down many varieties of reactor leak and permit safer access to the remainder of the ship in question. Four short, maneuverable plasma torches allow the SAR crew to cut access hatches through even military-grade plating, given enough time. The Saint contains a wide variety of extrication tools, including power jacks, power cutters, antigrav clamps, and high-powered repulsors. The Saint also holds firefighting gear, including powerful smoke filters, flame-resistant armored space suits, and chemical agents. Memory-foam cofferdams, pressurizable rescue spheres, portable airlocks, gradual repressurization tanks and other gear permit the Saint's crew to handle decompression emergencies. Two full medical bays allow a total of 300 people to be triaged.

An innovative system, referred to as a Spiderweb Grounding Shunt, projects a combination of a Chiss-scale Connor net and Silk's cap drain technology. Chiss Connor nets have been known to stretch for kilometres, entangling and trapping starships, but the Spiderweb Grounding Shunt is too fragile for that purpose and has had its offensive charge capacitors replaced with banks of cap drain varistors. The SGS is designed to conform to heavily damaged, shieldless capital ships and drain out leftover current from live wires, static charge, ion pulses, and so forth. This allows SAR crew to board in much greater safety, maximizing survival and recovery rates and saving lives even before the SAR personnel reach trapped crew members. Each SGS module can fire only one of the immense nets, at very low velocity. The canisters, too large even for capital warhead launchers, split apart into repulsor sections which splay out the entire net very quickly. The net then wraps gently around the damaged, unshielded vessel. This allows the SAR crew to remove stray charges from most vessels and board with maximum safety. The SGS module cannot be exchanged for a huge, fully functional Connor net. In other words, it has effectively zero offensive utility. Fragile as it is, it's possible that if massed starfighters flew through it, it would send some of them crashing into each other or cause hull damage from their own velocity. Each net is in the form of a Chiss Connor net, circular and one kilometre in radius.

This looks good as is and I can't really see anything wrong with it off the top of my head. That said, I work in the EMS field and I'm noticing some areas you haven't covered for SAR and the like. If you'd like, I can give you a few things you could include that would make this ship more effective.
