SPECIAL FEATURES
  • One Lifeboat
  • 4 spare cannons (Medium Pneumatic and Percussion)
  • 2 spare cannons (Light Pneumatic and Percussion)
  • Subspace Radio Antenna
  • Water and Sand Barrels on board for fires
  • Updated Reinforced Hull - Traditionally, wooden ships were sensitive to many things, not just weapons fire. These newer ships hulls are better fitted and reinforced with a strong inner hull, and an outer hull that is both decorative and structurally sound and strong.Low-tech, low-grade powered propulsion - The ship uses Galderra Solar Sails and microrepulsors to travel both by wind and power, and can travel with both at the same time, or one or the other.
Strengths:
  • Precise Weapon Placement - Explosive and flammable weaponry is only used above deck so no accidents happen on the inside of the ship, causing accidental combustion. Possibility accidents or damage self-caused are scarce.
  • Reinforced Hull - While not comparable to a traditional galactic fleet vessel, the ship is capable of absorbing hits from all non-flame or explosive primitive weapons. It can even take a hit from a single large primitive projectile cannon
Weaknesses:
  • Flammable - It's 99.9% wood. While average fire-based weapons wouldn't 'melt' or burn the ship out of existence, the ship can catch fire, and eventually cover or consume the ship to its watery grave.
DESCRIPTION
The S.O.T.L.-s (Ship Of The Line - Sails) Brigand-class is the premier warship on Pzob, owned and operated by the Fort Galderra Navy, and rarely ever seen in anyone elses hands. However, it has been known that these ships become rewards to soldiers or denizens that complete great deeds for Galderra, without guns. On Pzob, as mandated by Fort Galderra, Brigand-class ships are the dreadnought of the seas. The Brigand-class is the most common large ship to enforce Fort Galderra laws and protect harbors and escort other shipmen. Sometimes, they are even used as cheap, yet efficient, artillery for coastlines against Gomorrean forts and encampments. However, while they are the most common large ship, they are not the most common warship under Fort Galderra. While their components are cheap and efficient, running them is another story. The amount of food, manpower, and pay for the manpower is high, and the Brigand-class is rarely sent to any skirmish or battle unless explicitly requested.

I don't see much wrong with this submission, very well done. But I think there's a discrepancy between its production and your description.

I would assume a dreadnought class ship would be fairly rare, which you also acknowledge when you mention it isn't used much because of crew requirements et cetera. But you also mention it is often used in other situations, while also stating that only one navy possess it.

If I were you I'd downscale the production to limited. That still gives you leeway to use it for your NPCs, but it would make more sense.

The meaning where it is used elsewhere, is when its guns are removed. On Pzob, if a large ship is needed, this one goes into service. I will have another one or two larger ships, but they will be limited. These Brigand-class will be able to create an armada. They sit and wait for service.
