SPECIAL FEATURES

Being a advanced form of battle droid, the RX-9 Revenant possesses multiple upgrades:

• The underplating of solid Carbonite beneath the exterior defensive plating allows the droid to move through extreme heats and also have advanced defences against heat based weapons or explosives.
• Swappable weaponry at factory or on the field allows this droid to adapt to multiple combat scenarios such as long and close range combat, as well as a slug thrower option to break through energy defences.
• The multiple sensors used by the droid allow it to see at night, detect alterations in heat, and also identify any weapons including their classifications and typing.

STRENGTHS

• Multiple layers of defensive plating along its entire frame allows this droid variant to withstand multiple forms of weaponry, including thermal weaponry or terrain.
• Being able to swap their weapon mid combat allows this droid to adapt to multiple foes and situations.
• Having the arm connected to the droid's arm allows this combat unit to be unable to be disarmed by a foe, unless it is cut of via a lightsaber or similar weapon at close range.
• its internal comlink system allows this droid to silently send messages and reports without giving its location away to enemies if on a stealth mission, or to prevent any counterattacks.

WEAKNESSES

• Similar to some droids in the days of the clone wars and some from the galactic empire era, its mobility is slightly faster than that of a battle droid, or super battle droid, which still makes moving from positions in combat more of a risk.
• Its black and red accented body plating does mean that stealth missions or similar operations are done at a disadvantage.

DESCRIPTION
Follow the escape of Nexus 1, who found a place to hid within the depths of the Coruscant planet's layers, used the abandoned droid factory to start to design and construct various droids that would serve as its own military presence.

The first droid designed and created on mass was the RX-9 Revenant, which was created to be an effective soldier in ranged combat. due to the limitations of what was available for its construction, it frame and programming was designed to be more adaptable for future encounters. This droid variety will often patrol in groups of fifteen to twenty units in order to effectively combat any intruders to the factory's perimeter.
