Strengths & Weaknesses:
[+] Combat Mode - Rex is not a standard HRD. Where as most if not all HRD's are poor in combat and are rather defenseless, Rex differs in this capacity greatly. His HRD form is more of a 'shell' he uses to deceive people into thinking he is a defenseless android with basic motor functions. His combat form comes out when he is threatened or needs to fight someone. It is an armored droid visage that had two arms that can be split into six, three to the right side and three for the left side. In this mode, he can match if not surpass most organics in a one on one duel.
[+] Deceptive - Rex doesn't display emotions, and it doesn't even seem like he is capable of being emotional at all. This thus allows him to easily lie and manipulate people, as nobody can tell when he is lying. He displays no emotions or little quirks for when he is lying, thus making it rather easy. Rex also had a diplomatic chip inserted into his personality matrix. This makes it to where his 'mind' had been programmed with dozens and dozens of ways to manipulate and use people to his own personal advantage.
[+/-] Emotionless - Emotions can be both a strength and a weakness. A strength from where they can give an individual unparalleled strength when they are enraged and seek to save a loved one. A weakness in where they can be easily manipulated emotionally through fear of losing a loved one. Rex however, is emotionless. His programming had been wiped before in the past along with any emotional connections his AI matrix has. This had resulted in him now just being a full on cold machine, with no regard for human emotions or even how to act human. This makes him stand out in public easily due to his more 'artificial' nature.

Personality:
Rex is an HRD. A droid. Droid's are not supposed to feel emotions. They're not supposed to. Except for the RX series, the product line which Rex was part of. Rex can feel emotions, he can experience what it means to be human. Though, that all takes a long time to happen. He learns how to be 'human,' and how to feel 'emotion,' from witnessing and studying organics. He see's them and will eventually, mimic them if he deems it for the betterment of his persona. As it stands right now, Rex is a cold piece of metal, both literally and emotionally speaking. He doesn't feel emotions, or at least doesn't know how to do so now. Thus he is a cold and unforgiving droid, one who will accomplish his own goals at any risk.
