Rule Clarification - Tier 3 Dominions

Due to the fact it was not entirely clear and gave room for confusion the tier 3 dominion rules have been updated to show:

The rebellion must be initiated within 14 days of the Dominion reaching Tier 3

The rebellion must be concluded within 30 days of starting

The rebellion conclusion date has been brought down to 30 days, as this is quite long enough, and longer than most Invasions to boot.

Small clarification question. When does a dominion "Reach Tier 3"? Looking at the dominions we've got now you've got headings like "Mandalorian Tier 3 Dominion of Azure Hex", "Kathol Outback Dominoin of Resu Hex" and "SSC Dominion of Jabiim" (which includes no mention of tier or Hex) that has reached 150 and has been submitted to the map as tier 3. What is the proper way to label dominions, and do they become targettable upon completion, or some other benchmark?

Dominions do not need to be labeled for their Tier.

A dominion reaches Tier 2 when it hits 110 posts. At this point any member that is not part of the faction itself can join and push it to a Tier 3 (150 posts) at which it becomes viable for Rebellion.

Any dominion that has reached 150 posts can be rebelled within 14 days of reaching Tier 3.

At any given point a faction can "claim" their dominion at whatever Tier they've earned in the Map Update thread. Some factions opt to go for broke and advertise that they are doing a full hex/Tier 3, which publicly announces that it will eventually be ripe for a rebellion. Other factions that are not so keen on dealing with rebellions may opt to keep a shorter leash on their dominions and forcing them to stop at 100 posts (Tier 1).

Thank you so much. So from what I understand if a Major Faction dominions to 110 posts then insert-minor-faction-here rallies it's troops and brings the post count up to 150 to bring it into Rebellion Range? If the Major Faction submits it as a Tier Two dominion does that mean it can't be advanced to 3 and thus be rebellion-able?

Submitting it to the Map Update thread does not close out the active Dominion or make it ineligible to be pushed to a Tier 3 and rebelled.

The only time it becomes ineligible is if after reaching 150 posts it is not rebelled within 14 days.
