The Staff at SWRP like to open recruitment up to the community where possible to let all members have a shot at getting involved. This is your chance to apply for the position of RPJ. No previous staff experience or longevity at the site is required, though the former is helpful, even if it's from another forum or online role.

- Be polite and respectful.
- Be able to follow instructions and contribute to discussions.
- Be discreet and not 'share' anything which happens.
- Be able to give fair and unbalanced judgements, and to notify us when there is a potential conflict of interest.
