Royal Decree is the Revolver crafted by Darth Maranon and wielded through her reign as Queen in the ancient days of Katanos Seven. Rumored to have killed almost as many Jedi as The Blaster of Freedon Nadd, The Revolver is a masterwork of Maranon's, one of the earliest Alchemized Firearms ever made, making Maranon one of the very earliest practitioners of Alchemized Gunsmithing.
