We don't have a "Rogue Squadron" per se. But we do have a PC-run fighter squadron, Bloodhawk Squadron, which flies Narra-class Interceptors. If you're interested in that, I'd get in touch with [member="Silara Varis"].
Otherwise, you could create a squadron that fits more with your planned character development.

Additionally - any members of said squadron will have to be (obviously) members of the Galactic Republic Military. At present, members of the Jedi Order are permitted to serve in military units in non-command roles (with very limited exception) subject to the approval of the GM (who I know doesn't...much care one way or the other). People that are, say, part of organizations with the stated purpose of being a purely criminal organization...probably won't be accepted into the military if they're accepted into the Republic at all.
Along with that, the squadron will be assigned to a tactical-level unit of the Republic Military.

Nope - Jedi are allowed to participate in the military per arrangement with Kiskla. It's just...managed. The reason I don't typically put them in command positions is because their duties to the Jedi Order may unexpectedly call them away...thus making it a bit of a liability to grant them command.
