STRENGTHS

WEAKNESSES

DESCRIPTION

As the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant has continued to grow in size, so too has its need to outfit its special operations groups with ever increasingly large amounts of armor. As a result of this, the Imperial Remnant has developed a new type of armor called "Rogue Trooper Armor", which is designed to be produced in larger number than comparable special operations armors already in production.

Much like Reclaimer-class ARC Trooper Armor and Smog Trooper Armor, Rogue Trooper Armor is designed with survivability on the mind, in order to give those wearing it the best chance possible to deal with the multitude of threats that one might find on the battlefield. Rogue Trooper Armor provides adequate protection against most types of threats, and is especially effective against kinetic strikes, radiation exposure and sonic attacks.

Rogue Trooper Armor also comes painted in a pattern known as Dazzle Camouflage, which is designed to disrupt targeting systems on droids and artificial intelligence systems, though there is no guarantee that the pattern will actually work as is intended. Rogue Trooper Armor can also be equipped with cybernetic arms taken from 3P0-series Protocol Droid in a similar manner to Veteran Trooper Armor, though this particular modification is relatively rare and saved only for the most skilled and valuable Rogue Troopers within the Imperial Remnant.
