Intent: To create an elite, renowned X-Wing squadron that carries out elite, off-the-record missions for the Galactic Alliance.

Membership Requirement:

• Members must have some sort of character flaw that could translate to the team
• Members must start with the IC rank of Flight Officer, then with further active participation in faction/dominion/invasion threads may earn rank promotions with periodic reviews.
