They called it Valhalla.

Heaven. An overstatement for an ad hoc ensemble of repair yards, refueling stations, and automated shipyards. To a mere civilian, Valhalla was no different from any other spaceport, save for the presence of Sith Warships of course, but to someone like Grand Moff Thaelius, it was indeed Heaven. It was home.

While the Sith Order rebuilt itself, seemingly from the ground up, military officials like the former Grand Moff had been charged with overseeing the development and production of new warships for the growing Sith-Imperial Armada. Thaelius oversaw his task with perfection in mind, every design brought to him broken down into the last detail, the tiniest of mistakes erased from it's blueprints. Construction efforts likewise underwent the same routine, every constructed starship surveyed from the inside out, mistakes punished severely.

This was an Empire afterall. One that could not suffer any fools.

He supposed the arranged meeting was a reminder of that. While Thaelius had never met any member of the Dark Council, the Grand Moff was keenly aware of who pulled the strings. Every slave had a master, and even he had to answer to someone. Which brought him to the Sith dignitary destined to arrive in his office at any moment, someone with the authority to order the Grand Moff's execution without reason. A individual with true power.

And respect.

And like any good solider, Thaelius waited. Silently, for his lord.

During his time as the Dark Legate, not only was Angonous busy rebuilding the Sith Army with new recruits but he was also searching the galaxy for the soldiers who fled once the old Sith Empire crumbled. Even though the Sith army wasn't perfect, it wasn't their fault that they have failed rather the leadership who was constantly backstabbing each other. The quality of the tools matters yes, but it matters a lot more on who is using them and former Sith were using them like a Barbarian with a cudgel. Constantly throwing the soldiers to impossible situations and killing them if they failed. Angonous sought to remedy that, the soldiers were still tools many of them low born. However even the weakest of souls serve a purpose and to make sure to maintain an efficient army, one must instill loyalty into the soldier.

Fear will play a factor of course but it'll be more about fear of failing the Sith Empire rather fear of retaliation from their leaders. Disappointment from a commander is more terrifying than anger. The soldiers will be like children trying to please their parents to fight for the love of the Empire is a stronger motivation to place onto them. Angonous will need the right leaders to expand his vision however, and he knew the right person who will oversee the Sith Empire. Landing on the hangar bay of a spaceport called Vahalla, Angonous briskly walked towards his new Grand Moff. A Chiss who lost his home by the Brotherhood savages and the traitorous Sith who pulled their puppet strings. His tactical ingenuity and ruthless aggression almost fulfilled Angonous' vision of a new army. The question is, does he have compassion?

"Grand Moff Thaelius," Agnonous said, the Sith Lord was wearing Sith Armor made of Durasteel his black cape billowing. "You seem busy."
