Description:
After his death at the hands of Jedi forces during the Sith Invasion of Togoria and subsequent resurrection by the power of the mysterious Dark Lord, leader of the One Sith, the entity commonly known as the Ashborn was reborn a human rather than the ashen husk of his old self. At the bidding of his master, [member="Lady Kyros"], an order was placed to begin production of a suit of armor to Rahvin Industries, the Sith Lord's own company. This was a highly secretive commission known only to Kyros herself and those involved in its creation, the reason being so that it could not be traced back to RI in case of the wearer getting captured or someone would steal the armor itself.
A mastercrafted piece, the Crimson Phoenix armor largely consists of Phrik, thus creating a lightweight yet incredibly resilient material easily able to withstand the strenuous conditions of a battlefield. Torso, legs, arms, and shoulders are all protected by it, with a thermal underlay underneath to make sure the wearer is protected against fire and resistant to extremely high temperatures. A black coat made of armorweave is often worn over the armor, adding to the already imposing figure. In battle it is advised to remove it so as to increase mobility. A belt of various pouches allows for minimal inventory space.
While incredibly protective, it is also very heavy and large-sized to fit the titanic wearer; anyone less physically impressive than the Ashborn will not be able to wear it, yet it's less bulky than most other types of heavy armor. One major weak point is the fact that it does not come with a helmet or headgear of any kind, nor would the Ashborn wear it even if it did. Another disadvantage is the neckguard; while it does protect the wearer, it also constricts the head's movements considerably. Joints in arms and legs could also be regarded as weak points.
