Ciel Rivage
Character
"Anything to drink?" the waitress spoke with a cheerful but practiced tone as she looked to Ciel with a pleasant smile. The young scoundrel stood by the disk and looked up at what was on offer, written down on the chalkboard ahead. Shaking her head, the girl turned to look at the freezer instead - it was much easier than trying to read what was on offer, especially with the fancy handwriting that was on display. "Two of those, please" she said before proceeding to the next step, throwing an eye at Jacques who has waiting by their table. A smile grew on her lips as she saw him. They hadn't spoke much since the event down in the cargohold. They had kept busy, sleeping, piloting the ship and running around shopping. Perhaps there was a sense of nervousness about the whole thing to, at least from Ciel's part. Regardless, they would now have a meal together before moving on and surely, it would be an opportunity for them to speak. It wasn't clear of what, but to her, it felt like something which needed to happen.
Most of the day so far had just been dedicated to buying her some basic supplies like clothes, but also to buy food and a few decorations. It had been pleasant and seeing as she didn't really have any credits that weren't left behind with her gang on Nar Shaddaa, he had been the one to pay for it all. Ciel wasn't sure of how she'd pay him back considering her lack of a salary. Still, as long as she worked for him, it would only make sense for him to pay for stuff - at least when it would help her protect him better. But in the end, she was very grateful for his generosity.
Lost in her thoughts, Ciel only heard when the waitress called upon her for a second time, pleasantly asking for the price. "Right" she said, looking down at the woman before grabbing the credits that Jacques had given to her a few moments ago. "We have a special dessert offer today, would you like a menu?" the waitress spoke and proceeded by handing the scoundrel a small menu and then to give her some more information. Although she listened patiently to the other speak, Ciel just wanted to take the mean and get back to Jacques. Still, she remained. Slowly, she started to pick up the trays, hoping that the talkative waitress would get the hint.
