Designed and redesigned after the tri-phase switch... with some of the improvements in their technology Krass was able to make the phase switch a next generation model that balances power and efficiency with an internal computer that is made to regulate it and with the small adjustment settings that go on the side of the casing it creates one of the most utility driven and technologically superior lightsaber components. Krass herself testing it out with the bigger sections of the design so that other jedi who wanted to use it would be abel to better adjust and face any number of problems in the galaxy or handle sifferent situations. From needing a braod blade to deflect to duel length for range and reach, functioning underwater and in case they encounter ion beamers from the Ru it can switch to adjust and change up the style needed.

- Variable Setting: Designed as a be all end all with an ignition pulse to function underwater, a phase switch to change modularity and handle paddle beamers, the ability to lengthen the blade like a duel phase or even flatten the blade like a broadsaber. The interior switch uses a sophisticated artificial intelligence to control it and handle what adjustments are needed by the wielder.
