Most of the level belongs to the Hutt Cartel but Red Fifteen in particular is known to be the place to go, to get almost anything you want. If you can’t buy it there, someone will get it for you, or someone knows a man who will.

Lower FloorSource

The Casino has four open floors each at about 20,000 square foot large, a medium sized casino which looks smaller than it is, just because of how cluttered it is inside. The middle two floors are the casino proper, the lowest open floor is the sub-basement and slave pit, the upper floor is the VIP room and lady blue’s personal quarters. On the lower casino floors there are machines everywhere and bodies moving about, tables tucked out of the way or private booths. About four bars in total are on the lower floors and at least thirty guards on duty, while the upper floors are more luxurious, and have a room for conducting private meetings. On the bottom floor there are service tunnels that lead throughout the complex, and to the slave pits, which extend further underground. Tadietti has extended the basement floors further to house the many slaves the Cartel and Uos keep there, and to have a small auction site for rare wares or slaves. Finally there is a fifth floor sub-basement underground that contains a small vault, quarters for the staff, a cantina and a shield generator. The casino is known for giving people fifteen days to pay, before calling in their markers, and having them enslaved until they are able to find the money.

Profit after Costs:
For the Uos Family, 3 Million credits a Month
For the Hutt Cartel, 3 Million credits a Month

History:
The Uos Family have owned land on the thirty third level for about three generations. They are a wealthy family that rarely show their head, or leave Kiffu for that matter, preferring to send others to do their work for them. Recently they have taken on a former slave by the name of Tadi’etti, putting her in a position of power, because she knows the business inside out. She has a way with getting people to work for her, and more importantly to the Uos, a way of earning them credits, which is proving a very lucrative choice for them. The Casino has prospered under her hand, especially since the addition of an underworld brokerage. There was always unofficial trading going on, on the casino floors, but the slave pits collecting debtors soon brought people with an entirely different kind of money and tastes. With this new wealth and clientele Tadi’etti realised, it could lead them to buying all kinds of expensive hard to find items, which over time it did.

Over time the casino and brokerage is earning quite a name for itself, for just what you can purchase there.

So everything looks good, but there is one thing that will need addressed
  • The NPC section will need to be removed since NPC submission is its own section in the Codex, and that doesn't really need to be there
Handle that and we're all good :)

Thanks for reviewing.

Changed the NPC section to Staff to be clear its just a reference and added a note to the bottom.

I need to be sure what you are asking:

Staff: Doesn't it help to have it referenced so people know who to expect there? It'd help me personally to keep the list so I can remember :D Not naming them as profiled NPCs for the purposes of autohits or protection, just the staff names for RP purposes, that I or others can go back and reference.

Guards: If you mean the guards I can be less specific and just say the workforce? But doesn't detail help? Unless you'd like a separate sub for the guards, seems to double up work (for you guys too) for 50 mercs but I can do that. I'd like to increase the number of guards and their strength as a unit if I am putting up another sub for this place in, and up the number to a couple of hundred in that case, coming from the cartel nearby.

(Also want to note a lot of subs have passed with a small guarding force)

Okey dokey, what I was asking was that you didn't need that there for this submission since NPC's are handled separately. However, since you changed it to just as a reference point for the staff, I really don't have a problem approving this. I will put the caveat in that if you want to increase the guard force, that will require a sub modification.

Also, if you ever feel the need to flesh out the staff listed as an NPC, I encourage you to do so, but that is entirely optional :)
