James loved mechanics, it was in his blood. So what did he do when faced by a mid-life crisis? Exactly what every red-blooded billionare male did when bored and wanting to keep himself young and hip; he tinkered and made a hotrod. In a flagrant show of his skills of the mechanics, money, foolery, and all around lack of wisdom, he made the Red Burner.
Giving it the speed of a podracer and the handling of a swoop bike, with the looks of Zeltron hooker, the spacer made what he considered the best non-space vessel in existence. Unfortunately, its practicality is greatly lacking. Only able to hold himself plus one, it cannot accommodate for outings with his daughters. The fuel it burns through rapidly means it can't go long between refuels, the faster it goes the worse its economy gets, and James does not like to drive slow. Damage that most speeders would be able to take and keep going such as fender-benders and mild bumps totally incapacitate this vehicle.
Was it really the most amazing land vehicle? Well the most amazingly impractical. Ah, those mid-life crisis.....
