A long time ago, under the ruthless reign of terror that was the Primordial Civil War, Mirial was caught within the crosshairs of the insane death cult - The Court of Balagoth, lead by none other the infamous Zambrano the Hutt. The revolting Bloodwitch used his religious guise as the Black Prophet of Balagoth to sanction the genocidal culling of the Mirialan people in order to sacrifice them for a greater arcane purpose.
The devastation wreaked on this backwater world was so significant, very few natural born Mirialans hailing from their homeworld remain, and what does remain is a literal walking husk of a corpse - millions of the sacrificed Mirialans were converted into Zodou Shades, made to forever walk the frozen plains of Mirial without the direction of their Master now that he has fled into the far reaches of Wild Space.
This thread aims to discover the horrifying implications of this, through a mother walking back upon the bones of the past, hoping beyond hope she might find her son and father. So far, I've got the Silver Sanctum's Silver Cross coming over to Mirial to provide aid.
I'd love to have more visitors come and role play in a psychological tale of grief and survivor's guilt
