What I like to do is create the character before hand, then move them up in the story line much like another person is from a different game/series, and then later on just change the Playby to something else and it works.
Like for my alt Xander, I trained him highly in Telekinesis, and got him a hammer, and then after he got master, I changed him to Thor just because I could. lol.

That's actually a interesting idea, I guess I did something similar with Adenn, but I don't think I will turn Vendir into the Didact, as cool as it would be I am already planning out a species sub to make Vendir and another char aliens, as opposed to humans like they are right now, and I probably wouldn't be able to write him well enough to be 'Didact cool'
