DESCRIPTION
The "Sohei" - Pattern Electro-Vibrosword was a blade forged by the precision of a machine, but meant to be wielded by a Warrior of consummate skill. Well-balanced, and impregnated with a delicate-weave of Cortosis, the “Sohei” was capable of contending even with the plasmatic fury of the vaunted Lightsabre - so long as it could be guided to its intended purpose. To further add to the weapon’s lethality, the monomolecular edge was outfitted with an energy chord that would produce a stabled string of magnetically-contained plasma. This coruscating energy filament, while dangerous in it’s own right, was made all the more lethal with the inclusion of an Ultrasonic vibration generator. With both the generator, and the integrated filament, the vibratory force summoned forth by the “Sohei” allowed the blade to rip through various materials, including durasteel plating, with relative ease. Thus, the "Sohei" - Pattern Electro-Vibrosword was a fearsome weapon, and would doubtlessly become someone’s nightmare when brandished by a warrior - well-versed in the Way of the Sword.
