Negative. The main issue was population followed by number of habitable planets. There are only 5-6 habitable planets in this system compared to the original 13 and the population was both greatly reduced and clarified. As both issues were resolved to my mind, and since there are other submissions roughly equivalent if not in excess of what this system inherently is, I feel a dev thread is unnecessary.

Didn't even know anyone had added coordinates to the map. Where it was originally was rather crowded, so I shifted it to the other side of the map. Coordinates added.

OK, as I was the original person in charge of this sub's approval I have been called in by [member="Silencia"]
As you may remember from our chat I did advise that I'd accept the multiple moons with population if a dev thread was done, or if it was limited to 4 moons. The population would have to reduce proportionally as well.
As noted previously, even this I am very leery about, but your concept is unique.
A dev thread of 25 posts with 2+ writers would suffice.
What are your thoughts on this?

I'd say that's a steep order. I understand that this is an old submission and such, but with that said you've got a terrestrial planet approved with no dev thread that I'm aware of with 19 habitable/populated moons, of which one has no atmosphere that I could see.

I understand that times change and standards shift, but I'd like to point out the submission in question was submitted almost a month exactly after this one was submitted and was approved with a reduction of the moons to their current number with no dev thread requirements.
I have 13, approximately half of which are habitable and the moons with no atmosphere or a hostile atmosphere range in population with the highest population roughly equivalent to around twice the population of Alaska.
I'd say that's a steep order. I understand that this is an old submission and such, but with that said you've got a terrestrial planet approved with no dev thread that I'm aware of with 19 habitable/populated moons, of which one has no atmosphere that I could see.
