ADVANCED SYSTEMS
STRENGTHS
  • One Kitted Kitten: The Ravana III takes the standard YT-2400 and expands its capabilities both in escaping detection and engaging in combat. It hauls cargo, faster than most, and carries a punch.

  • Escape Artist: Equipped with a high-speed hyperdrive. The Ravana III is designed to run blockades and evade pursuing capital ships.
WEAKNESSES
  • Space Truck: While it’s more advanced than the average freighter, the Ravana III is still a freighter. It’s a larger target than other small craft. It will struggle to outrun and outmaneuver even standard issue starfighters.

  • Old Dog with New Tricks: The YT-2400 is an aged starship platform and thus struggles to maintain system stability with all of the additional features and tech loaded onto it, making The Ravana III prone to malfunctions and breakdowns.
DESCRIPTION
The Ravana III has evolved over time to maintain an edge in the highly competitive smuggling markets of the galaxy. Its stock engines and armaments have been upgraded to allow safer operating conditions in dangerous regions of space. The light freighter operates primarily as a cargo/passenger transport and courier. It sports a crew capacity of three, cargo capacity of 150 metric tons, can carry up to six passengers comfortably and considerably more passengers in cramped, less comfortable conditions.

Once called “the most problematic haulcraft to ever be serviced” by a portmaster. The Ravana III is a constant work-in-progress for its pilot Yoroi Argosa.
