Ravager Class Drone Bomber
OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
[*]Defenses: Average,
[*]Deflector shield.
[*]Standard plating.
The Contingency’s approach to most attack craft is simple; swarm an enemy and overwhelm them. This applies equally with the Ravager, which is essentially an engine surrounding a lot of ordinance.
Though it can perform a usual bomber role; using missiles to hit and retreat, it often performs a more direct attack. On selecting a target, the Ravager squadron will sweep forward, targeting weak areas like engines, hangers, bridge etc and try to crash into that location. The ordinance and fuel in the bomber can create a devastating explosion.
Its primary weakness is enemy flak and fighters cutting down the slow and average defence bomber before it arrives.

- If equipped with bombs, is often used in a suicide charge which detonates all bombs on impact, destroying the craft.
- Destructive. The Ravager’s most common strategy is to choose an appropriate target with its squadrons and Kamikaze into it. This can be quite devastating.
- Swarm. The Ravager comes with an above average squadron size. It’s quite hard to shoot down all of them before they reach their target….
- One-Shot. The Ravager is most likely a one shot weapon. It’s either shot down before the target or crashes, this limits its tactical applications and obviously its longevity.
- Clumsy. The Ravager is not very agile, making it move in straight lines. This can make it easier to predict and take out.
- Unstable. As it’s designed to charge an enemy crash into them, any of the Ravagers shot down tend to explode violently, possibly taking out others in the squadron.
