  • The Rangers of Thustra are composed of Sephi who wear signature black armor. There unit emblem is a silver gun placed upon the Sephi Monarchy's emblem which adorn their uniform on the right side in a small patch. Their general mindset is that of loyalty to the Wyndham Corporation as well as serving as a efficient recon force which is specialized in ambush tactics and guerilla warfare. There behavior can be boiled down to ever watchful sentries.

• Combat Function:
  • The Rangers of Thustra function like a highly efficient recon and ambush units for the Wyndham Corporation. Although they are often lent out to different organizations to assist them when needed. The Ranger's combat doctrine is a collection of Counter-Insurgency and Guerilla Warfare with a heavy focus on reconnaissance which make them effective as a scouting force on the battlefield. They are not on the front lines that often but can be seen within the background acting as snipers for key positions. They would need support against a more professional military.

  • Due to their specialized training, the Rangers of Thustra are quite able to hit a target with both accuracy and precision using their sniper rifles.

  • Following their combat doctrine, the Rangers of Thustra are efficient in ambushing enemies using the natural terrain against them.

Weaknesses:

• Not Front Line Fighters
  
  • The Rangers of Thustra are not front line infantry and will be destroyed when pitted against a professional military unit.
• Role Limitation
  • They have a set skill role on the battlefield which means that they are not very flexible in combat situations.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The Rangers of Thustra were formed by the Wyndham Corporation from Sephi Volunteers who wanted to get away from their homeworld and explore the galaxy. Given expert training by military advisors hired by the Corporation, the Volunteers were transformed into a professional mercenary unit hired out by the corporation to different factions to support them during battlefield objectives. While not able to fight in a head on engagement with a professional military used by the Galactic Factions, they are more than proficient in ambush tactics to disable selective enemy units on the battlefield that pose a threat.
