+Trained in Echani martial arts: Race is very talented in hand-to-hand combat, and because of his upbringing has learned how to read people's emotions through minute body movements.

-Introverted: Race is naturally shy and has difficulty communicating and making friends with other sentients.
-Cowardly: Race is extremely averse to violence and will try to talk his way out of any tense situation. Failing that he is more likely to try and run then stand his ground and fight.
-Naïve: Race is still new to the wider galaxy. As a result of this he fails to understand many of the particulars of how the world works and is often overly trusting of strangers.

Appearance: Race has a slight frame but athletic build. He typically dresses in unassuming spacer attire, favoring black or dull colors. His face is cleanshaven and his dark hair is long and unruly. Despite his mixed heritage, most sentients would assume he is pure human at first glance.

Biography: Race was born and raised on the Outer Rim backwater of Eadu. His father's family, the Osroams, had been simple nerf herders there for over three dozen generations. His Echani side however brought more intrigue. Race's mother and her brother were the only ones of their kind in his village, possibly on the whole planet for all anyone knew. While his mother was notoriously quiet about her past, Race grew up on the stories his uncle spun of traveling the galaxy and seeing all kinds of wondrous things. It inspired the young child to one day explore the stars himself.

As he got older, Race discovered an affinity for droids, taking to them much more easily than people. Despite earning a reputation as something of an outcast among those his age, he gained an expansive knowledge of machinery that would eventually prove quite useful. In addition to this, his mother and uncle took the time to impart on him the foundations of Echani culture and martial arts. Race took well to his training, but even with these newfound talents, remained skittish and introverted.

By the time he reached the age of nineteen, Race had grown tired of Eadu. The world was wet and miserable, with nothing of interest beyond a few scattered settlements. His uncle's stories made him hunger to see more of the galaxy. Race began hanging about the local spaceport, advertising his skill as a mechanic until he was finally able to convince a departing captain to bring him along. In the months since then, the young spacer has hopped from ship to ship, planet to planet, doing odd jobs and trying to find his place in the galaxy, eager to see as much of the universe as possible.
