Description:
Developed alongside the AIB-1 Blaster Rifle, the R-1 is the companion blaster pistol produced by Aurora Industries as a first pistol design. Designed to be a repeating blaster pistol, the weapon's gas canister can fire fifty shots per canister in a rapid burst of fire, with a maximum range of fifty meters. The pistol's gas canister chamber is easily accessible to allow for quick reloads.
Usually sold as a brace of pistols, so customers can dual wield them or have a backup if the gas canister runs out in the middle of a firefight and they have no time to reload a new one, they can be purchased one at a time if the customer so desires.
