Intent: To create a space station for the Confederacy of Independent Systems as well as select contractors and privateers to use in conjunction with the Salvager-Class Collection Vehicle to work as a remote smelting and starfighter production plant.
Development Thread:
Manufacturer: [background=#1e1e1e]Saiba Group[/size][/background]
Model: PY-11

Affiliation: Confederacy of Independent Systems/Select Contractors
Modularity: None

Production: Minor
Material: Durasteel/Transparisteel
Description: The PY-11 is a remote production yard that is largely droid run. These yards are placed along hyperspace routes, and along border Confederate worlds. Used in conjunction with the Salvager-class Collection Vehicle, the PY-11 is the place where all the work is performed. While the Salvager gathers and sorts through all the wreckage and debris along a battlefield, or wherever they are deployed, they must return to a PY-11 station for delivery of their salvage.

This station is primarily a forge and production plant. Aboard the station, the metals are smelted down and reforged for use in starfighter and small ship construction. While most star fighters are able to be created at the rate of one per day, given proper material, the larger ships created, which are no larger than a medium sized (150m) corvette require up to a month for construction. Additionally, the production yard can repair or salvage parts from light to heavily damaged but still mostly intact products, such as engines, and laser cannons.

Lightly crewed, and only primarily for observation and repair purposes, the PY-11 can last for a year between supply vessels. Ships created in the station are loaded into modular containers that are placed outside of the station for easy retrieval by friendly freighters.

Due to the stress created on the droid brain, it can only control up to the allocated 48 droid starfighters in case of emergency with complete shutdown of all systems minus the life support in the crew muster stations. Even with this protocol, the station is not designed for combat and should have designated combat escorts during times of war.

Author note: Spoken to @[member="Alli Wren"] for the go-ahead on this. Was given in pre-factory of CIS.

Okay, this seems fairly straight forward but there are some things in here that need to be revised and added.
Right now the biggest issue is that this droid brain can reverse engineer ships and tech and ten produce it. While it sounds logical to be able to do that this basically allows whoever owns one of these to steal or salvage anything from another faction and then produce it regardless of ooc permissions. Reverse engineering will have to be removed.

After that I've just got three little things. This reads like a mass-produced station from you description of its placement, the droid brain can only control more than the 48 fighters (I think you meant the 48 and less), I'd also like a mention of what you think a small ship is. For example, some might consider a frigate to be a small ship when compared to a SD, basically what's the upper limit for what this can produce and how fast can it make that?
And just out of curiosity, why does a repair station need a spynet encryption suite?

1) Removed the mention of reverse engineering. The text is now showing that this station is able to create known technology with salvageable pieces.
2) Removed Spynet
3) Modified that this is can control up to/no more than 48 fighters
4) Largest ship being a mid-level Corvette takes a month of round-the-clock, dedicated droid construction

btw All Baktoid products have access to the Baktoid Holonet satellite network (via obelisk's) and access to Baktoids expertise in droid's , automation and advanced droid brains and I do approve of malek making this station under Baktoid.

Okay, last sentence of the second paragraph needs to be removed. Its got more reverse-engineering stuff in it. Do that and I think this will be stamp worthy.
