A vehicle used by the law enforcement and the military for quick pursuit and capture of individuals. But due to it's lack of a cargo hold for prisoners it is often used for pursuit and coordination of capture vehicles... Or to live holovideos of pursuit across the city. To be made this fast and mobile several features had to be removed, such as some of the armoring, leaving it's occupants exposed, and a smaller fuel tank, making the flights shorter than an average speeder bike's. Thus, skilled pilots are required.
The weapons attached to it are meant for capture. Co-pilots are trained to safely lean out of the seat to shoot with their own weapons if needed.
