This causes the lightsaber blade to glow brighter and emit a flash of light on contact with another foreign object. Those caught staring directly in the flash could be temporarily blinded, left seeing spots or with blurred vision. [/SIZE]
~ Turn it up! - Etaan and Dragite crystals make quite the pair. Both crystals together cause the beam of the lightsaber to resonate loudly naturally in idle hum alone.
The blade hums in perfect harmony with movement, meaning there is no other sound emitted than the idle hum. On impact with kinetic or energy objects and/or weapons
the light saber blade sounds off in a deafening crack emitting sonic damage to those nearby. The degree of sonic damage depends on the power output the lightsaber is set at.

Constructing a lightwhip was just the beginning. One cannot have rectitude without first having prudence. Lightsaber constructed with several functions and ideas in mind. Prudence symbolizes the Light in every aspect through Kreus's viewpoint. Bright, shining from all stains of darkness and shadow. Purging it from existence. Those who cannot bare to look are unworthy and impure in heart. Loud and thundering in sound, The truth is no whisper. The lightsaber dubbed "Prudence" is a reminder for Kreus that with power comes the responsibility and know how to use it. The lightsaber in its basic layout is nothing more than a dual-phase lightsaber with a elegant designed hilt and guard. The blade of the lightsaber can extend to a maximum length 1.9 meters from its original size of 1 meter. This effect when activated is instantaneous. Reminiscent of a lightfoil or rapier, so too is Prudence is appearance and combative usage. Similar to the lightwhip "Rectitude" the weapon is powered by a Force crystal to maximize power output potential and paired with a installed energy discharge cell. This allows the lightsaber to change its power output in and instant. Low or high. The pairing of the force crystal and the manipulation of power output directly effects the weapons cutting power, in turn "Prudence" is capable of cutting through materials such as Beskar with repeated strikes.
The focusing crystals chosen for this particular weapon is what truly sets it apart from all else. Dragite, Etaan & Sapith. Dragite, a crystal when installed into a lightsaber creates a resonating beam of loud energy increasing the initial idle hum of the blade and emitting sonic waves. Alone this crystal would be rather inferior but when paired it creates the thunderous voice of truths. Etaan, This specific crystal is a rarity but possesses qualities essential to construction. Once installed into a lightsaber the blade resonated in harmony with blade movements similar to the Dragite crystal but greater in intensity and volume. The blade no longer produced sounds when moved but rather a static idle hum as if held still. In response to other weapons or objects kinetic or energy based, The crystal alone enables lightsaber blade gives off a deafening crack of sound on impact and produce a greater flare of light. Sapith, used as the last focusing crystal. Sapith increases blade maneuverability and blade intensity allowing for quicker and movements as well as better control.
Altogether when the trio of crystals cause "Prudence" to give off varying degrees of sonic waves on impact that correspond with the lightsabers power output setting and varying degrees light flares on impact. This alone causes Prudence to be wielded with caution as the sonic waves have the potential not only to simply deafen but also ranges to the extreme rupturing the lungs when used at a higher power output. This sneaky effect has its advantages in combat. How can your opponent fight when they are thrown off balance, cannot hear or are temporarily stunned? In a similar manner the flares of light produced on impact, if directly stared at, is capable of causing temporary blindness, blurred vision and seeing spots in ones vision. Like its namesake Prudence is a weapon used sparingly in combat as its effects although subject to control can harm nearby allies. Prudence is not suited for stealth missions as it can be heard from miles away clearly when used. In day or night the blades intensity is bright and is a beacon for all to see, just as the light should be. This makes it also a beacon for enemies to spot you.
The lightsaber has its flaws as all items do. Contact with cortosis will short out the weapons blade for couple of minutes, it cannot function underwater and despite its power output settings and potential, it cannot penetrate the mineral Phrik. Those prepared for combat may not be effected by the lightsabers unique effects of light and sound if the proper Blast tinted wear or visors offer the needed protection to shields ones eyes from the flares of intense light and the usage of sonic dampening technology can cancel out the waves of sonic energy produced by the lightsaber impacts or clashes. In summary "Prudence" is a weapon that has many options when considering if one should disable or kill an enemy. Its best use is for surprise attacks or for those unprepared for combat against it. Subterfuge and skulduggery are know for being agents of the darkside of the force, but in this specific case their is no reason why they cannot serve the light.
