STRENGTHS

• Unlimited Power: The primary purpose of the power cell is to harness the theoretically limitless energy output of the Draika Crystals and this is a purpose that this device does brilliantly. Powered by the heat generated by the crystal within and able to connect to almost any couplings, outlets, or connections due to its Universal Power Adaptor, this power cell can not only power most machinery but can significantly boost the energy and potential of the systems and devices that it is attached or integrated into.
• Safety Measures: As part of the cell's construction, the infamous overheating potential of the Draika Crystal contained within it has several engineered and integrated solutions. Primarily there are internal sensors which once detecting a certain temperature level will initiate Load Shedding in order to not overload or overheat the internal wiring and coils and instead store the power in auxiliary cells. In the event that this isn't sufficient then a Carbonite deployment will be triggered in order to encase and rapidly cool the crystal before it can generate too much heat, however this will render the power output essentially null until the crystal can be brought back up to a suitable temperature.

WEAKNESSES

• Meltdown: The inherent risk of using the Draika Crystals in any form is that they can, and often will, overheat and melt or seriously damage whatever is unlucky enough to be around them at the time. While steps have been made to effectively contain them and efficiently manage the temperature threat, this risk is ever-present. Given that these automatic systems kick in whilst the amount of energy converted from the crystal is still usable, the user may even purposefully allow the crystal to overheat the cell to some degree in order to briefly increase its power output. Albeit to the extreme detriment of the cell itself of course.
• Powered by the Force: Given that the crystal which provides the power source for the cell itself is inherently imbued with the Force, any methods of disrupting it will naturally result in the cell's function ceasing. Force Nullification effects and even some concentrated sources of the Light Side, given that the crystals are specifically imbued with Dark Side energies, can therefore cancel or at the very least disrupt the power cell's primary function.

DESCRIPTION
The discovery of the Draika Crystals rather naturally led to a sort of technological race within the ranks of the Sith for how to best utilize them, or even simply how to safely utilize them at all. The excessive heat that they generate easily reach temperatures that can and do overheat or even outright melt many metals and materials which makes them difficult to simply use for a power source like one would typically do. The minds and engineers within Sanguine Defense Works were no strangers to unusual materials and requirements however mastering the Erinar Diamonds proved to be quite the difficult task indeed.

They attempted many iterations of incorporating the crystals into usable power systems, most often simply attempting to replace the synthetic Kyber crystals in some of their existing designs with Draika ones. It soon became very apparent however that a much different approach would be needed to tame these crystals and contain them properly. This prototype power cell, the forty first attempt, would be the first successful cell crafted by SDW to exploit the Draika Crystals.

Laden with sophisticated sensors and automatic measures for monitoring and cooling the temperature of the crystals, their excessive heat generation would serve as the primary power generation method within the cell itself. All of this would be bound together in an insulated and heat resistant container of course, then integrated into a deceptively simple yet universal power distribution and management system.

The Prototype Draika Crystal Power Cell, iteration forty one, is therefore an adaptable and extremely potent source of power for everything from personal equipment to even vehicles and expansive systems. Its raw output surpasses most conventional power generation methods short of dedicated reactors by leaps and bounds, all contained within an easily transportable package. How it wound up in the hands of the recipient of the Secret Santa event is anyone's guess however within the official records of the manufacturers themselves the prototype has been listed for "independent field testing."
