Transforming Space Station, Side SEVEN
Just outside Omega Space

___

Karen Roberts of Fondor was out prospecting once again. Her journey along the Rimma Trade Route had taken her far out from Omega space and into regions unknown, expansive, and colonial. Side SEVEN was one of these such colonial installations. A large blue cylinder spinning easily around a pale blue star. A massive, massive installation with polar ice caps, jungle fauna, simulated skylines, and a whole wide city-world in between. It was an industrial center for the construction of terraforming technologies and the microbiology sciences. Very modern, very bright, yet a very niche society. They seemed to value science and the pursuit of utopia over all else. Green technology was everywhere. Trees and grass indoors and out.

Roberts was not a theoretical physicist herself, but she did enjoy the thought of new culinary adventures. Being environmentally friendly had it's perks, after all. A utopia of food awaited her. Indeed, wine and cheese tasting in the vine country was already on the menu for today. Then she would embark off to the city to attempt their fine northern cuisine. Maybe even figure out what all this hub-hub surrounding 'Kar Geaboran Pizza' was all about. Mmm. It all sounded so delicious.

As she traveled by air speeder around the spinning colony, it became rapidly apparent that species of every kind had gathered here. There were Humans and Ithorians. Zeltrons and Twi'leks. Arkarians and Echilan. All dressed in glossy white gowns with just a touch of gold. Side SEVEN really was going for that whole 'utopia' vibe. A splendid fashion sense for such environmentally-friendly cloth and colors.

Not once had she seen a soldier but the shear number of 'public assistant' droids made her wonder. She had never seen such a hardy and durable force of metallic 'tourism guides'. Mm hmm. Not fooling anyone there. There were enough robots about this place to outnumber the population 10 to 1. ...Ah well. At least they dressed them up well. Even an aspiring utopia needs it's watchful sentries.

"Ah. And thank you good sir. I think I shall do my very best to remain entertained. Hehe."

Karen exited the air-taxi is bubbly fashion. Out here in the fresh air and rolling golden fields of the station's agricultural pastures, she felt right at home. The blue sky still simulating yet another perfect summer day.

"Mmm. Head to the villa around 01:00 for the tasting and then back to the stables for horseback riding at 04:00. Dinner perhaps at 06:30. Oh yes. It's going to be a very full day indeed."

Smiling at her vacation. Roberts trotted down the curving concrete and garden paths with glee. This was going to be fun.
