A silent flash upon the darkness of the void of space brought forth the three vessels. Their pyramidal shape pushing them to stand out among all those vessels that roamed the galaxy. Standing quietly upon the bridge, the elderly male looked out the large view screen, looking down upon the world before him. Subterrel, a world of mineral wealth that had long since been mined since the ancient eras of the Galactic Republic. He had to wonder though just how much value the world had remaining; yet the myriad of vessels that were constantly shipping minerals and ores off world was pure sign enough.
Closing his eyes for a moment he slowly pivot upon his hind foot, moving around one of the few control consoles on the bridge. Approaching the large throne like seat, he turned and took his place upon it, eyes still set upon the world below. Nodding softly to the communications officer, the message was broadcast among the vessels.
"All Crescent class Starfighters and Kesh class Modular Transports prepare for launch. Focus is upon the mining facilities on the world below. Secure and hold."
Nodding softly, he watched from where he sat as the three vessels arranged themselves into a triangular formation. Their hanger bays opening to reveal the starfighters and transports. For all intents and purpose this was nothing more than a simple raid, a procurement of resources and perhaps an establishment of a facility that would serve its own purpose to be revealed in time.
For now Tasgetius waited, watching carefully for any whom would otherwise take action against him. A soft smirk coming across his lips as he leaned forward, his elbow resting upon the thick arm rest of the throne; his chin upon it as his eyes remained vigilant.

Incoming transport, yet they didn't have any IFF Transponders that Jaster was aware of. With all the pirates in this sector bought off by the Umbrella Interest, who in sam-hell could that be. Jaster walked over to his long range communications officer, giving him the command to launch the warning transmission.

-"Unknown Vessels, you are approaching Trade Conglomaerate Construction Outpost 203, respond with tranmitter codes or be subjected to lethal force," the operator took a breather, then continued, "Again, unknown vessels, you will respond with transponder codes or we will retaliate."

The Trade Conglomerate only arrived on this planet 3 months ago to start construction of a mining outpost to construct new trade ships. Jaster took all precaution to keep the outpost a secreat, mining the ore on this planet was rather far from the fleets main base. This would make it difficult for the main Defence fleet to respond to a distress call this far out.

"Sir. We're being hailed from the planet."
"On screen."
His gruff voice filled the bridge as he stepped forward, his eyes falling upon the screen as the text rushed across it. A smirk rising to the edges of his lips as he listened to the voice that seemed to hint at the possibility of fear. Had they stumbled upon something out here that other's might have not wanted discovered. Crossing his arms over his chest, he took a moment, letting them continue to transmit the message as he nodded quietly.
There would be no response for the moment as the three vessels worked in a fever pitch to deploy their smaller forces. It wouldn't be too much longer until the Kesh modular transports and the Crescent class Starfighters were tearing their way down towards the planet. The three Vessels remaining in a high orbit over the world before it was decided that a response was valid.
"Unknown Individuals. You are in violation of the sovereignty of the Outer Rim Territories. Return what you've stolen and you will be permitted to leave in peace."

The Conglomerate Security Forces were well equiped for small pirate vessels who would attach rich mineral outpost such as these. The Trade Conglomerate were contracted by the Val'hala Interests Mining Corporation to protect all mineral extraction outpost. This attach however was tactical in nature and in responce to violent radar contacts, the outpost defensive protocol was initiated. To prevent further confrontation and possible lost of life, conglomerate command officers tried to hail the vessels within orbit. Yet their orders would stand, protection of mining facilities under Conglomerate Managemnt was their top priority.

"Outer Rim Vessels, this planet has no legal claim to another nation, unless you can provide plausible Goverment over site, we will be forced to deal with your threat dictated by Conglomerate Protocol, in which case all military actions will be justified in the course of self defense, I repeat, state your Buisness with this planets Corperate sector, or be dealt with in a military actions."

The officers readies their outposts with anti-air and land based military force. All miners and workers were confined to underground caves where conglomerate forces created bunkers to protect from possible invasions from the Galactic Empire. Protection from possible Mercenary threats was the first time they were forced to use this.

"Coreward thinking. Did you not stop and ask yourself if it had a claim to its own sovereignty before you decided that it held no leadership or government, or did you force your way and make demands?"
Tasgetius nodded as he pushed himself up, moving from the throne that he had been sitting upon as he moved towards the weapon stations on the bridge. The three vessels slowly dropped from a High Orbit to a Mid Orbit, far enough away from any of the out posts guns, though still close enough that the vessels themselves could now rain down upon the world below.
The shuttles and starfighters however were not moving towards this 'Conglomerate's' out posts, rather, they were moving further towards those that had otherwise been abandoned. It was clear that at that moment those whom had arrived were not showing aggression beyond mere quips back and forth. If anything came of this meeting, this simple arrival of these vessels, it would come from those whom had lain claim to a world that was not theirs to claim.

"Imperium Vessels, this is a Company ran Putpost running on the athrourty of the planetary neutrality summit, we will not engage your vessels as long as Conglomerate Facilities are not rendered under attack, by civil liberties all ore excavated by the Conglomerate Facilities are owned by the Conglomerate, all other mining facilities outside of the Conglomerate Controlled Terriroty are free range to you and your vessels, we are not a goverment positing those we hold no ownership of this planets interrior resources."

Word had come from the Merchant Board, no violent action was to be taken against the Outer Rim Imperium as their ships were now being registered. Exsecutive Director had issued the orders herself and no word was revived by the Voceroy of the Conglomerate, this they were to stand down to any hostile action other then direct threats.

"Command has even ordered a willing exchange of resources for credits as this is still a Corperate outpost, metals and crystals can be transported if you remain non-hostile to this facility."
