Promenade designs can most accurately be described as a pet project rather than a corporation. While they have all the legal documentation stating that they are indeed a business, its staff is limited to no more than 20 at a time, with Natalie effectively controlling any and all production requests that go into it. While most of what they produce is clothing, they are usually unique designs sold at extremely high prices which the common person could never dream of performing. Additionally, they also own a small production factory where a limited amount of armor can be produced, so long as whoever is making the manufacturing request produces the armaments and materials needed to produce it, or pay additional fees for the retrieval of these items.
Most clothing is couture and is either hand sewn by Natalie or one of the many expert seamstresses that have been hired by her. Most work is done in a small design workshop located in Mygeeto, though the exact location is not known. The company has no official corporate office and all manufacturing requests are usually done over the Holonet via their website.
RATIONALE
Like most things, Natalie simply filed an additional subsidiary request under the guise of restructuring Promenade's parent company, the IMF, who had a small fashion line up until now. Most investors agreed that it seemed stupid to simply have a fashion line with one or two products, which was extremely out of place given the company's other products consisted of mainly weaponry and droids. In addition, Natalie used an old apartment she had rented during her time as a teenager which she has now since purchased and converted into a fashion studio, along with taking control of IMF's minor production facility that manufactured its one armor product. The company is solely controlled by Natalie, with it having no open stocks or trading venues possible for now or the near future.
