"It started ten weeks ago when the first tanks began leaking."
"What tanks?"
Coruscant. One of the oldest worlds in the galaxy and housing more than three trillion individuals all of who call the city-planet their home.
Coruscant exists within the Core Worlds region, the space just outside the centre of the Deep Core. It sits at the nexus of at least six major hyperspace routes and neighbours some of the most esteemed worlds, like Chandrila. Coruscant is split into various districts, all bustling with life of all manners of life. The Senate district and arguably one of the most important centres of attention throughout the known galaxy's history. The Senate district bordered the Financial district and was home to many wealthy businesses and businessmen, which in turn neighboured and formed a symbiotic relationship with the Business district.
Further down North northeast, the Uscru Entertainment District, more commonly known as the Uscru District, was a subdivision on Coruscant, and the location of the Galaxies Opera House, the Outlander Club, the Snapping Septoid, the Revwien Comedy Academy Playhouse, the Vos Gesal Hotel, and presumably Uscru-North. The POTU, for "the Periphery of the Uscru," was an underworld area on the edge of the district. The district, located near the Senate District, was alive at night, with holograms that lit up the streets. It was considered the outer layer between the jewel city and the Coruscant underworld.
The Coruscant Underworld also called the Lower Levels or Undercity were the levels underneath the surface structures of the planet Coruscant. These very first levels of Coruscant were constructed in 100,000 BBY and eventually rose from the soil into a world-spanning city. The underworld is a haven for bounty hunters, pirates, and criminal gangs, but also harbored war refugees and poor immigrants trying to make a pitiful living. Influential crime families operated in the lower levels of Coruscant, which is patrolled by the underworld police division of the Coruscant Security Force. Devoid of all sunlight, the lower levels are left in a perpetual state of darkness illuminated only by artificial lights for thousands of years. The underworld is polluted and infested with pests and dangerous escaped animals. The very lowest levels of the city were rumoured to hold ancient secrets only the most daring of people would journey.
This is the story of four, unlikely individuals who find themself pulled towards a common goal, survival.
1/Alone
Throbbing headache....
Darkroom only lit by white blinking lights...
The first to wake up was a Sephi hybrid by the name of

Ten beds, split into two rows, facing each other, hugging the long walls. Not only did each bed have typical medical equipment stationed by the beds like heart rate monitors, but yellow cover sheets were by each bed as well. Some of the sheets by the beds were torn down by force, and some were pulled to the side. By this time, mumbling could be heard on Konor's left as a rather uniquely dressed woman only a couple of years older than Konor woke up, with her own throbbing headache. Going by the name of

Two ceiling ramps hang quietly, one broken with its lamp glass crushed on the floor, whereas the second one, further back and close to the bed where Konor woke up, continued to blink its flash of white light. The remaining sort of working lamp, only temporarily lit up its side of the room, leaving the second half only long tinted shadows for brief seconds before going dark for another brief second and then back to blinking.
Left of Alana, woke a third person, an elder man by the name of

Further down the line of hospital beds hugging the back wall, close to the end of the room and a white door leading into the larger room they could see through the windows, woke the last person in the room.
A young adult hybrid human woman by the name of

All four would quickly find themselves weaponless as they would get a better understanding of their small chamber of temporary residence. Close to where Emmeline was, was a small desk with scattered paper, some journals and a portable terminal with black cracked glass and a few buttons missing. On the wall by the table and door were multiple pictures of CT scans of people strapped to a broken light-board with some of them falling down on the white floor.
If they attempted to look through the two large windows spanning the entire side of the chamber to the neighbouring room on the other side, they had very little luck seeing anything other than many more beds, medical equipment and cover sheets hiding some of the beds. Looking further, past the large room they would see more windows, looking out to what might be a hallway though, from their position in the smaller chamber, it was hard to know for sure.
The door in the chamber they woke up in, however, upon trying to open it, wouldn't budge by pulling or pushing, locking them in the room. Either stranger, neither of them could remember much more than flashes of white if trying to recollect how they all ended up in their current situation.
