The firstborn Imperator out of the genetic material provided by Aurelian Sigismund, Primarion is the nominal commander of the First Legio of Vandemar with the rank of Imperator. Due to the allowance of genetic diversity and development in the Praetorian and Imperator program, the First Son looks very different than his gene-father with black hair and thunderstorm grey eyes.
Hiperius personality is extremely emotionless but loyal and dutiful, he is calculating and has little sense of humor, even though he understands it, yet usually refuses to engage in it. The most unsettling and maybe annoying trait he bears is the absence of any pride, not believing in glory or fame, nothing. From the moment of his birth he was taught, trained and educated in warfare, politics, diplomacy and combat, making him a sight to behold on the battlefield and a competent strategist.
The first trial came in the shape of the butchered invasion of Exegol, an operation which was everything but well planned and executed. Primarion led a large company composed of remnants of various imperial and vandemarian forces through the ruins of the urban district, connecting to other cells and finally reuniting with a larger force to consolidate and secure a base of operations. During the battle it became obvious that 'allies', especially like Ashlans, Jedi or other Force users aside from Imperial Knights were treated with hostility or outright killed.
In the aftermath it was more than just hostility, declaring all these factions, again with the exception of the Wardens of the Shroud and Imperial Knights, as outlawed and enemies of the Hegemony. Primarion does not hesitate to reinforce this view and enact it. While performing heroically in the battle prior, he was not seeing himself, nor seen by others as one, defying pomp and circumstance to reorganise his forces.
Since then he has established himself as the First of the Hegemony, the Hegemon himself moving to a more passive role of administration, construction and planning. Only suiting his status as a Force user in Hyperius opinion, withdrawing and letting the real people deal with the affairs of the Galaxy.
While overseeing the continued expansion of the Eternal Legion and Fleet, Primarion also adopted the craft of forging, becoming an exceptional weapons and armor smith, learning from Aurelian himself as well as the forge lords of Vandemar. His speciality became personal armor as well as bladed weapons.

After the fall of the Empire, his life was devoted to improving, ever improving, in combat, in evaluation, in forging, in every possible aspect of life to be able to serve the goal he was created for in a better manner. He was a vessel waiting to be filled with capability and knowledge, there was no self-importance or arrogance, no pride, he simply knew what had to be done and he would do anything for it to be achieved.
Primarion was observing a problem which was existing for millennia, his enemies existing for the same time and he knew that the task would eventually take his life but he nevertheless devoted himself to it. He was a defender of life and opportunity, but he would never hesitate to sacrifice one being to save ten. Sacrifice thousands to save millions. He saw the goal, not the path and ultimately, the end justified any means.

The beginning of the journey of a young and inexperienced commander of the new imperial hyper-soldier program. It follows him to the distant and diverse theaters of war and politics in the Hegemony. Exploring and establishing what this new realm might entail.
After two decades neither the Hegemony nor the Grand Legion would achieve any noteworthy victories or progress aside from perfecting their supply and logistical support as well as achieving minor successes against pirates and remote Jedi and Sith.
