With Colette's help, Xan finally got the ball rolling on getting her life in order. Her accounts were open, her old body was fixed up and her new body stood by to help Braze and his pals out on their side of the galaxy. The more she thought of it, the more she came to realize that she owed Colette Colette an enormous debt. But that would come in time, her immediate concern was honouring the deal she made with the Jedi.

It was a layered request. She wanted to keep tabs on her friend, and Xan wanted to rejoin the fight. But all of it depended on finding the group of Jedi supposedly trying to start a crusade of their own. There was a bit of irony to be had with the Jedi starting their own only a few short years after the Mandalorians cleaved into Naboo's sovereignty. She wasn't one to judge, anyone who was crazy enough to start a suicidal run with the intent on oppressing the oppressors was good in her books.

The only problem was tracking them down.

Starship flight patterns, traffic in High Republic space, comms, flight patterns around sentimental sites, she spent longer than she cared to admit to form a map and a short list of her suspected crusaders. But she had it narrowed down, now she needed to draw them in and catch their attention. She took a page out of Braze Braze 's book and organised an advert declaring her services as an elite slicer. A "resume" was formulated, showcasing her skills as well as her punctuality when discretion was needed. This ad was only popping up on her short list, of course, she didn't need the whole galaxy hounding her for services. But she also wanted the potential Jedi to seriously consider getting her onboard.

All that was left to do was play the waiting game. Contact would be established, coordinates would be sent. In the meantime, Xan kicked back in a VIP booth with a bottle of cider in hand. Thirty years of isolation, two weeks since being back, only to now take the time to enjoy her guilty pleasure. A smile stretched as the sweet beverage graced her tongue with its delight.

"Good to be back..." She muttered to herself, lightly tapping her foot with the beat of the music.
