PM Additions

Recently I have come across the incapability to add others to the PM system in an existing PM. I am wondering if this is caused by my computer, or if it is the site itself, or my profile/account. There is no button to add anybody nor a search bar. So what should I do?

I am curious though, are there any intentions to fix this little issue? I used to think it was just my resolution or browser, but I see that's wrong. I think it has something to do with the theme layout, but I haven't tried looking into the format or have a PM webpage saved, so I can't be sure. All I am certain about is that if one person missed it, a whole lot more are bound do.
